Transforming the stress of getting to the airport into the smooth
operation of check-in is the day-to-day duty of our Passenger Agents.
We have been carrying out check-in for various airlines ever since
the start of the company in 1992. Well trained and efficient, our
ground crew keeps abreast of all the requirements that each airline
demands as part of its process.
We have in place acceptable departure control systems that allow
for an automated means of passenger check-in, capacity and load
control. Our customer service training is designed to make sure
all passengers are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We usher the passengers on board at departure and also greet the
arrivals at the gate.
We provide Passenger Services for six scheduled
carriers, viz:
Caribbean Star, Continental Airlines,
LIAT, U.S. Airways, Virgin Atlantic
Airways and bmi. We also service a number
of non-scheduled/ charter airlines.
